  • Jason Ryan

    Managing Director, Secretary (Co-Founder)

    Jason is currently Shoreline’s Managing Director and has been involved in Indigenous projects for over 15 years. He lived in community on the Tiwi Islands for 10 years, managing a $4 million charitable investment from the Hayden Reynolds Foundation. He has a business degree from the University of Technology Sydney and has represented State and National teams in Rugby Union and Cricket.

  • Anna Le Masurier

    Anna is the Head of the Macquarie Group Foundation in Australia and New Zealand, responsible for Macquarie Group’s strategic grant-making, staff community engagement and workplace giving in the region. Anna immerses herself in Shoreline gaining a greater understanding of community needs. Anna’s strategic focus combined with her communication skills will help Shoreline connect community with business.

  • Carlos Blanco

    Carlos has worked with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations in the not-for-profit and management consulting sectors for almost a decade. Carlos is a strategic thinker with extensive experience advising organisations on sustainable strategic decision making. As a structured decision maker, Carlos is able to bring clarity of purpose and thinking to the Shoreline Team.

  • Dianne (Tictac) Moore

    Dianne, better known as Tictac, is a Tiwi women from Milikapiti community. Tictac's totem is Yirrakapayi, which stands for crocodile, her skin group is Warnatarringuwi which is the sun. She has worked in education for 14 years, 9 of which were at Tiwi College, where she was involved in the numerous programs delivered through Shoreline and the Tiwi College Project. Tictac is the Program's Manager for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, a not-for-profit charity working with remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

  • Gary Taylor

    Gary is the founder and CEO of Real Time Australia, a recruiting organisation focusing on the technology space. Gary’s experience in the FinTech area is unlocking new funding for the project’s expansion. Along with Gary’s business acumen and people skills, his clarity of thought, and ability to form solutions out of complex problems makes him an invaluable asset to Shoreline’s operations.

  • Brendan Maher

    Brendan Maher is the current Manager of Stakeholder Engagement at WaterNSW. Prior to commencing at WaterNSW Brendan was General Manager of Community and Foundation at the Parramatta Eels. Brendan also spent 10 years at the Clontarf Foundation working in various roles during this time.

    Brendan also has postgraduate qualifications in Commerce and Public Relations.

  • Matthew Hayden AM

    Patron (Co-Founder)

    Matthew is from Kingaroy, QLD, and has played 103 tests for Australia as an opening batsman. However, Matthew’s expertise and passion extends far beyond cricket. He is the CEO of the Hayden Way and a proud advocate for prostate cancer in Australia. Aligning with his passion for the outdoors and helping others, Matthew provides valuable insight into content, strategy, and holistic purpose.

    Board Consultant

    Guy is from Sydney and has worked at Macquarie Bank for over 30 years as an Executive Director. He currently sits on Boards in Hong Kong, Canada, and New York. Throughout his career, Guy has been heavily involved directing charitable programs, particularly involving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth, sport, and employment.
